The Holiday Marketplace is Fairbanks’ ultimate destination for holiday shopping, bringing together an incredible variety of gifts all under one roof. From handmade soaps and beaded jewelry to unique, one-of-a-kind artwork, shoppers can explore thousands of creative and thoughtful gift options in a warm, welcoming setting.
This popular event continues to grow each year, drawing both local and statewide businesses and artists. In 2025, more than 180 vendors participated, attracting over 7,100 visitors across three days. In 2026, attendees can look forward to the return of their favorite booths along with exciting new products and gift ideas. This event is proudly co-sponsored by Lotto Alaska.
For vendors, the Holiday Marketplace is a well-established and highly anticipated annual event that marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season in Fairbanks. It offers an excellent opportunity to showcase and sell your products to a broad and engaged audience. Booth space typically sells out quickly, so early registration is strongly encouraged. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this festive, profitable, and fun-filled event.

Where is it taking place?
It’s taking place at the Carlson Center, the Interior’s premier location for trade shows. There’s over 43,000 sq. ft. of available space and this event utilizes every usable inch!
What’s the cost for the public?
Admission is $5 at the door; children 12 and under are free.
How do we get the word out?
$7,000 will be spent on advertising The Holiday Marketplace. In addition, there will be media co-sponsors to the event that will raise our advertising budget to nearly $10,000.

Move-in:
Thur., Nov. 12 – 8am to 8pm
Fri., Nov. 13 – 8am to 12 noon
Show Dates & Hours:
Fri., Nov. 13 – 12 noon to 7 pm
Sat., Nov. 14 – 10 am to 6 pm
Sun., Nov. 15 – 11 am to 5 pm
Move-out:
Sun., Nov. 15 – 5 pm to 10 pm
All displays must stay in place until 5pm and move-out must be completed by 10pm.
Exhibit Space:
10′ x 10′ main arena space $575
10′ wide x 6′ deep main arena space (perimeter spaces #1-53) $450
8′ x 8′ Pioneer Room space $400
Booth Space Rental Includes:
Pipe & drape partitions and a 110 electrical outlet. Tables and chairs are available at the arena (first come, first serve) or you are welcome to bring your own.

Application Requirements:
Once you’ve registered, we will send you a space confirmation and an invoice. Early registration requires $50 down to confirm participation. 50% payment will be due August 15th with the remaining balance in full October 1. Late registrants (after Oct 1) must pay in full at time of registration. PLEASE READ our New Exhibitor Contract before sending payment.
