The Holiday Marketplace is a one-stop holiday shopping extravaganza for Fairbanks and outlying areas. With everything from hand-made soap to beaded earrings to one of a kind artwork, there are literally thousands of gift ideas in one warm location! Admission is $5 at the door; children 12 and under are free.

The show’s continued success attracts not only local but also statewide businesses and artists. Over 175 different vendors participated in the 2023 event, and it had a 3-day public attendance of over 7,000. With 2024 comes all of your favorite booths, as well as some exciting new gift ideas.

If you are a vendor looking for a holiday show, the Holiday Marketplace has become an established and highly anticipated annual event that Fairbanks consumers use as the kickoff to their holiday shopping season. It is an excellent chance for you to market your goods to a wide cross-section of our community. The show generally sells out, so register early. Don’t miss this once-a-year opportunity to be part of the excitement, profit, and fun.

When and Where Is It Taking Place?

It’s taking place at the Carlson Center, the Interior’s premier location for trade shows. There are over 43,000 sq. ft. of available space, and this event utilizes every usable inch!

$7,000 will be spent on advertising the Holiday Marketplace. In addition, there will be media co-sponsors to the event that will raise our advertising budget to well over $10,000.

Move-In

November 14, Thur. – 8 am to 8 pm
November 15, Fri. – 8 am to 12 pm

Show Dates and Hours

November 15, Fri. – 12 pm to 7 pm
November 16, Sat. – 10 am to 6 pm
November 17, Sun. – 11 am to 5 pm

Move-Out

November 17, Sun. – 5 pm to 10 pm
All displays must stay in place until 5 pm, and move-out must be completed by 10 pm.

Exhibit Space

10′X10′ Main Arena Space – $575
10′ Wide X 6′ Deep Main Arena Space (Perimeter Spaces #1-53) – $450
8′X8′ Pioneer Room Space – $400

Booth Space Rental Includes

Pipe and drape partitions and a 110 electrical outlet. Tables and chairs are available at the arena (first come, first serve), or you are welcome to bring your own.

Application Requirements

We will send you a space confirmation and an invoice. Early registration requires a $50 down to confirm participation. The 50% payment will be due August 15, with the remaining balance due in full on October 1. Late registrants (after October 1) must pay in full at the time of registration. PLEASE READ our new Exhibitor Contract before sending payment.
