The Mat-Su Holiday Marketplace is a one stop holiday shopping extravaganza for Wasilla and the Mat-Su Valley. This event takes place November 8 & 9, 2014 at the Menard Sports Center (44 mile Parks Highway) and gives the area an opportunity to shop for unique and one of a kind gifts, right in their neighborhood, without that long commute to Anchorage. There is a $4 admission charge, kids 12 and under are free.
Artists and craftsmen will fill over 100 mini specialty shops with literally thousands of holiday gift ideas. Jewelry, furs, original artwork, fleece, pottery, etched glassware… you’ll find unique items from all around the state. No need to waste a tank of gas looking for the perfect gift! Make Santa proud this year and get all of your holiday shopping done in one warm location with lots of EASY… FREE… parking at the Mat-Su Holiday Marketplace.

It’s taking place at the Curtis Menard Memorial Sports Center in Wasilla located one block north of Spenard Builders at 44 mile parks Highway. The facility is a 102,000 square foot building that has four primary activity centers. The Marketplace will take place on the 20,450 sq ft indoor artificial turf soccer field.
The dates of the 2014 show are November 8 & 9. Seven weeks before Christmas giving shoppers plenty of time to get those out of state gifts in the mail.
$10,000 in advertising will be spent at the Mat-Su Holiday Marketplace. All three media types will be used, TV, Radio, and the newspaper. In addition there will be media co-sponsors to the event that will donate dollars and raise our advertising budget.
The cost for a 10’x10′ booth is $350 and a 10’x8′ booth is $300. The price includes pipe and drape partitions and electric. Additional items may be rented from the shows decorating service.
There are decorating contests with awards for best theme and best overall holiday cheer so put those thinking caps on and light up your booth! Let’s make this the most beautiful Christmas Show anyone has ever seen!

We will send you a space confirmation and an invoice with a 50% deposit request. Payment in full is due October 1 of the show year for those who have registered by this date. Late registrants must pay in full at time of registration. PLEASE READ our New Exhibitor Contract before sending payment.
